Our Story
Our Chefs craft dough with 100% white whole wheat flour milled solely from pure, natural goodness of winter wheat from the northern Great Plains. Our tomato sauce gets its velvety, full flavor and super deep red color from the tomatoes grown by the Pastini family.
Our fresh herbs are sourced from a small farm in Shenandoah Valley and all our pizzas and salads are garnished with our authentic tree-to-table virgin olive oil.
Our creamy Fiore di Latte mozzarella cheese is made with farm fresh organic milk and hand spun in our very own workshop. Our premium meats are sourced from family farms- our sausage is from family made Logans sausage from Alexandria, VA.
Our soda jerks work modern-day miracles on our American Soda Fountain. We use only natural spring soda with a splash of crushed fruit, homemade syrups and a garnish.
Homemade Italian gelato is churned every morning in house to make delicious creamy shakes. Topped with Bada Bing cherries over Cherry Amaretto or shaved chocolate on top of our Tiramisu or toasted hazelnuts on our Nutella shake, these classic Italian flavors come to life.
